Things You Need to Know

UK Delivery 

Thank you for finding us and for looking into ordering from us! All our products are handmade with love & care, therefore please allow up to 14 days from ordering for your product to arrive - although we are sure you wont be disappointed when it arrives! All orders are sent via My Hermes courier service which makes them fully trackable at all times. If you need your product to arrive a little faster then please email the studio where we will try our best to make this happen.

Alternatively, if you would like to collect your purchase from our studio in Dial Post, Sussex please feel free to arrange a collection time with our team.

Worldwide Delivery

If you require overseas shipping please contact us for an individual quotation as it will depend on location and product quantity.

All our website payments are processed via PayPal, but don't worry you do not need a PayPal account as you can easily check out as a guest using PayPal's secure gateway. This is a very safe and easy way to purchase online and you can pay using  a range of credit and debit card payments, including Visa® and MasterCard®.
 Alternatively, if you would like to pay via a bank transfer this can easily be arranged.


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us you can return the item/s within 14 days of receiving if it was purchased via our website or from a show. Products can only be returned if they are in the original, un-worn, un-washed condition and we will require a copy of the invoice with the return. The customer is liable for the goods whist being returned and must cover the cost of postage back to Minkeys Tweed, in the event that the goods are lost/ damaged in transit, Minkeys Tweed are not liable for the goods and we therefore recommend you use a trackable service for the goods being returned. On delivery to the Minkeys Tweed studio, goods will be inspected and a refund will be given on the basis that the goods are in the same condition they left the studio originally and have not been worn. The final amount will be refunded to the customer via the payment method originally used for the transaction. Please contact us for more details on how to send goods back to us and we must be notified prior to receiving the items back.  Please note that gift vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Faulty Goods

Our products are all made with human hands so in the unlikely event that your product is faulty or not quite up to standards we deeply apologise and please contact us by email or by phone on: 0777 893 1224 where we can resolve the problem for you.
